Food Supplements and Biomaterials for Health (FSBH)는 3, 6, 9, 12월의 말일에 온라인으로 출판되는 동료 평가 (peer review) 영문 학술지입니다. 이 학술지의 발행인은 2007년에 창립된 건강기능식품미래포럼 [Health Functional Food Future Forum (hfff)]입니다. FSBH는 식품, 건강기능식품 그리고 건강 관련 천연물 연구 분야에서 화학 물질 및 정제된 생물학적 추출물의 생물학적 시스템과 신체 기능에 미치는 영향 그리고 그 작용 메커니즘과 활용을 연구한 논문을 출판합니다. 생물학적 추출물의 경우 기고자는 다른 연구자들이 재현할 수 있을 만큼 제조 방법 및 과정을 상세히 기술하여야 합니다. 또한, FSBH는 식품 관련 규정 및 정책을 연구한 논문도 게재합니다. 원고의 종류는 사설, 편집자에게 보내는 서한, 원저 논문, 단신 및 종설입니다.

The Food Supplements and Biomaterials for Health (FSBH) is a peer-reviewed journal published online only in English on the last day in March, June, September, and December. The journal’s publisher is Health Functional Food Future Forum (hfff) launched in 2007. FSBH aims to publish original, evidence-based, scientific research articles in the fields of foods, food supplements and biological materials for health, that are studying effects of purified chemicals or well-defined biological extracts on biological system and body function, and their action mechanism and utilization. In case of biological extracts, contributors should submit the preparation method or process which should be detailed enough to be reproducible by other scientists. FSBH also welcomes articles studying the regulations and policies related to food. The categories of publication are Editorials, Letter to the Editors, Original Articles, Brief Communications, and Invited Review Articles.
